If you want to return an item, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org,
stating your details, the item you want to return, the order number, which will
become the authorisation number for the return, followed by the letter R.
Shipping costs associated with the return shall be the responsibility of the customer and the parcel must be sent within ten (10) days of receipt of the order. Items must be returned to Le Noir Shop, Via Cavour 4, 31015 Conegliano.
We can only exchange items in a different size, based on available stock. Otherwise, as stated above, we will issue a voucher for the same amount to purchase other products from the Le Noir Shop website, within one year, or reversal of the payment or, finally, a bank transfer to the customer’s bank account. Shipping is free for the replaced item.
Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected. Shoeboxes must also be returned in their original packaging, in order to ensure that they are not damaged. Shoeboxes are considered an integral part of the product, and returns cannot be accepted if they are damaged.
Items must be returned intact and unused, and with the tags still attached. Used, damaged or soiled returns shall not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and not reimbursed.
Shoes must be tried on a clean surface and the sole must be free of wear.
